You give a one-minute pitch to attract investors and employees who have the attitude and skills to implement your vision

You hold 100 tokens to compensate team members

Employee

You have professional interests that resonate with a certain challenge or strategy, and a set of skills to contribute to it

You hold interviews with visionaries, investors, and other employees in order to be hired and negotiate compensation

Investor

You are attracted to a particular vision, challenge, or strategy, and control the financial resources needed for its success

You also hold interviews and negotiate compensation, but in order to decide which team is worthy of your support

Your funding multiplies the team's effectiveness

Scoring

Form teams of max. 8 employees and any number of investors

Your team's effectiveness depends on the variety and ranking of employees' skills, which determine the team's total points

If at least one of your employees has a given skill ranked first, you get one point for that skill; if ranked second, you get half a point; if third, you get one third of a point

Your individual score is determined by:

Team Points * (1 + No. Investors) * Tokens
